SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our estimated shipping time for standard U.S. orders is approximately 3–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that shipping times do not include order processing time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders generally require 3–5 business days for processing. Processing includes order verification, preparation, packing, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take longer than the estimated timeframe. We will do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available from the carrier.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Certain oversized, specialty, or internationally sourced products may require additional delivery time. In rare cases, these items may take significantly longer than the standard estimated timeframe.

If tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be significantly delayed, please contact us at fila55270@gmail.com. We will review the tracking information and assist you with the appropriate next steps.

Holiday periods, including November and December, as well as major promotional periods, may also result in longer processing or delivery times.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DELAYS

For orders that may be subject to customs clearance or other import procedures, we cannot control the processing time of customs authorities or carriers. Any delays caused by customs or other government agencies are outside our control.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of being placed, provided that the order has not yet entered processing.

Once an order has entered processing, we may not be able to cancel it.
